Class is based on Hatha Yoga principles – the most commonly practiced style of yoga in the West. Hatha Yoga aims to balance the mind and body through the performance of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and the calming of the mind through relaxation. Each week, Liz will guide you through a progressive series of postures to improve your strength and flexibility, relax and feel healthier.
